 A freaky achievement glitch

I was playing a game of NCAA football 2008 (the National Championship!) and I had just completed a long pass to set me up by the opponents endzone. Then, I got an achievement alert saying I had just blocked a punt!!

Anybody ever get a glitch like this one?? I never really blocked a punt, but I unlocked the achievement apparently scratch

I've only seen the "Seriously" Glitch. Do any of you know if that was faked on Gears of War? I'll link you the vid:
